Curtis founded Sirius Realty after buying, growing, and selling his own business, an experience that sparked his love for business brokerage. As a business owner himself, he brings unique insight to the transition points in a business cycle. He loves helping people get into business for themselves. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, serving on the Board of Directors at SWITCH, fundraising for FCA, and playing golf.

Shawn Hammond

Shawn brings over 20 years of experience to Sirius Realty. As a business owner, landlord, and engineer, she applies a powerful combination of talents to commercial real estate deals. She loves working to help her clients achieve successful businesses. In addition to working with commercial real estate, Shawn is the Vice Chair of the Greenville County Planning Commission and the Greenville Quality Manager for Jacobs Engineering. In her free time, Shawn enjoys spending time with her daughters--vacationing, playing tennis, and participating in school activities. She is very active in her community, serving on the Rose Ball Committee and Christ Church Episcopal School Parents Panel and volunteering with the United Way and Christ Episcopal Church.

Tom Hiles

Tom Hiles leverages many years of diverse corporate experience to help business owners navigate the complex world of brokerage. Through his education at the University of Alabama, his time with the military, and more than 40 years in the corporate world, he has proved his leadership skill. He served on the leadership teams for a variety of companies, including Carolina Canners, the Honickman Companies, and the Cott Corporation. He also enjoys serving on non-profit and institutional boards.

Seeing children’s eyes light up as they search to pick out their bedrooms or explore the backyard for the first time really warms my heart. Home ownership is a part of the American dream and I want to help everyone realize this dream.

On a personal level, my wife and I have been married for almost 40 years. Having relocated 13 times, we fully understand the stress moving can cause. We have two grown sons and enjoy spending time with them and their families. We are very active in the community and with our local church. We enjoy being outdoors landscaping the yard, playing with our basset hounds and working with kids. I have coached baseball at the youth level for over 20 years and love spending time with the kids and families I work with through the game. Being able to help just one young person find the right path in life more than makes up for the small amount of time it takes.

Professionally, my background in sales and marketing helped make the transition into my real estate business an easy one. The foundation of my business is the need for someone that would truly care about the people involved in the transaction, while staying focused on getting the job done. That is my goal and purpose in real estate.
